📦 Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.
  

• In rare cases, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.
  

• Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday as Sunday is the courier holiday

🚚 Couriers We Use

• Our primary shipping partner is Delhivery 

• Customer can opt for bluedart for an extra charges 

• If you would prefer a different courier, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

• North, South & West India: Up to 5 business days after dispatch.

• North-East India: Typically 7–8 business days after dispatch.
  

Courier Delays

• Keyora is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, high shipment volumes, public holidays, customs inspections, or operational issues.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or replaced solely due to courier delays while they are in transit.

❌ Failed Deliveries

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide accurate address and contact details.

• In cases of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailable contact, refusal to accept the package, or multiple missed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping and processing charges.

• KEYORA will not be liable for return shipping costs under these circumstances.
