If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable contact details, or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, COD fees are non-refundable in the event of refusal or failed delivery attempts.
